Most of the coating brand and TEVO’s coating are derived from same source of raw material, the only way to differentiate them is from product performance. A very brief overview of our composition (none specific product):

•         Silicone Mixture (Confidential) – composition of PDMS, fluorinated silane

•         Hexane/heptane/IPA

•         Silicon dioxide

•         Carrier oil

1.       TEVO designed multiple coating series to cater different surfaces’ needs; e.g. Plusgard designed with better elasticity for the needs of soft top plastic/rubber surface, yet it comes with matte finishing to sustain the original surface appearance without glaring gloss. BodyGard designed with maximum hardness of 8.5H this is to prevent surface cracks when hit by stone chip and etc.

Different coating finishing has different hardness, smoothness, glossiness, color contrast, etc.

2.       Ease of application

Most of the available coating needs immediate buffing after application. If you notice, TEVO’s coating designed to provide longer waiting time before buffing is needed which ranging from 15 – 45 minutes. The longer the waiting time is, it will form a thicker layer of coated surface with better performance and lifespan.

3.       Designed for extreme weather

Our coating S36 is specially designed to cope with extreme weather even in Asia countries with high humidity, temperature and acid rains; it has much lesser watermark stain issue with strong resistance towards corrosion and UV degradation.

4.       Our coating is highly chemical inert – meaning that the cured coated surface doesn’t react with typical chemical wash, avoiding the coating to wear off easily.

5.       TEVO coating provides flexible user combination on the coating – according to user’s desired finishing, they can combine different coating with multiple layer to achieve different finishing. E.g.

•         Double layer of S60 + S36 finishing coat

 - Tough base layer with silky smooth finishing by Bodygard S36

•         Double layer of S36 + S60 finishing coat

 -Thick layer of coating finishing with superior hydrophobicity

•         S60 + S36 + S06

-Superior gloss with extraordinary smoothness finishing

Well there is a lot more to put into the comparison, but we believe that once the customer tried our product they will know the difference better.

Hi Guys, It’s me again David, reviewing another innovative new anti-pathogen coating by TEVO Creations, namely “Unilize”.

Worry about toxicity? Unilize itself is a paraben & formaldehyde free disinfectant coating; both are the most widely used preservatives causing health concerns. Consisting of chlorinated Quat/BZK compound, jointly with existing coating technology, crosslinked polymerization formed. In non-scientific layman’s term, nano sized filming was formed on surface when Unilize is sprayed, holding together with anti-microbial materials and last up to 14 days on applied surface. Both of these are FDA approved which is perfectly safe to human contact.

What actually caught my interest and attention is Unilize has great lifespan of active period. Generally, typical disinfectant that’s being offered in the market works as “one time off” anti-bacterial spray; the solution eliminate bacteria immediately on applied surface and it evaporates after short while, leaving the surface being expose to reattachment of bacteria again, usually in 15 minutes. If you guys still remember SARS incident where all of us used Clorox to clean & disinfect our house area, applying in multiple times in a day to make sure we are safe from infection.

Well, now we save up the hassle and tedious work by using Unilize! A single spray, it stays on your surface and 24/7 disinfecting & eliminating bacteria continuously up to 14 days! Providing us a safe and better living space. Unilize can be both applied by spraying into the air or surface, it also worked with nebulizer.

Following is some test i carry out with the Kikkoman Japan Biochemical Department.

Unilize was sprayed 2 feet away into the car interior with 3 pump. The device we using is ATP hygiene monitor, some of you may wonder why it isn’t killing 99% bacterial and only show 69% reduction? ATP tester is to get the counts of biological living cells, over the period of 25 minutes, there will be accumulation of living cells count from surface touches and air bond also do bear in mind that the applied surface was done without cleaning and spraying was done in the air instead of direct surface application.

We will conduct a direct surface spray test sometimes next week, so stay tune!

According to our formulator, Unilize is also effective  against common viruses like influenza, bird flu, H5N5, H1N1, HIV, HCV, Rotavirus, etc. USP 51 is worldwide recognized testing method, recommended for international pharmaceutical evaluations and effectiveness level measurement purpose.
